Stereograms are those strange patterned images, where you don't see anything interesting, until you look behind the image. Then the image will be out of focus, hence you will see two images. The image has a repetitive pattern. When these patterns overlap (from the two images) you will see them clearly. The secret of the stereograms is that the pattern has a varying period: when the period os shorter, you have to look closer, when it's longer, you have to look further. This makes your eye (or brain) think that the image is closer or further from you. If you have problems seeing stereograms, don't wory: many people has, just keep trying. Search the internet for "stereogram" (our advice is to use the google image finder.
This is how the application looks with the phone turned 90 degrees:

This is what you should see, when look behind the phone:

Look behind until the two dots are overlapping. (Note that on this image you cannot see anything
3d, this is not exactly what you will see. What you will see, is simply amazing ;-):

The program can be controlled either by the menu items, or by the QWERTY keyboard.
At the bottom there is the toolbar. You can select a button with the arrow keys, jogdial up/down or the stylus. They meaning are:
Download version 0.15: UIQ3
Download version 0.14: UIQ, S60.
Download converter version 0.14: Source. It's tested right now in linux only. Unzip the contents and type 'make' to compile it. Also check the README file. I published this converter as source code, so you can extend it if you like (to support more models). The converter uses the same sources as the symbian app, hence if you write a new import module for the converter, it will (probably) work the symbian program as well.
