2.3 Save image window

When save an image for the first time (or when you save using the File/Save as command the the following window will appear:

You can select the format to save the image into in the top part of the window: click on the left and/or right arrows to change the format.

Below the format selector the program shows what the selected plugin can do:

• Does it supports loading/importing of images
• Does it supports saving/exporting images
• Does it supports transparency
• Does it supports layers

If one of the option is not compatible with the current image (ie. for example if you have more then one layers but the selected format doesn't support layers), the appropiate line will be colored in red.
