2.5 Image properties window

In the image properties window you can set the transprancy flag of the image. If the image is marked as transparent, then the first color in the palette will be the transprant color. There is a separate command you can assign to a toolbar button which toggles this flag, since this flag also controls the way images are pasted (in the paste, move and move and copy operations).
