2.14 Color set edit window

One way to edit the current color set is to double click on a color in the palettebar in the Main view and select a differnt color from the Palette window which pops up. But this method is very inefficient when you need to change a large amount of colors. In this case you should use the Color set edit window which pops up when you select the Color set/Edit set... commands:

gfx2/pixy_ss_13

The upper part of the window shows you the current color set. The lower part shows the whole palette (ie. the colors from where you can set up your color set).

In the middle there are two buttons to inserting and removing a color from the palette set and a scrollbar which can be used to change the number of colors in the color set.

When you click on a color in the color set, it will be marked as selected. You can consider it as a cursor. When you click on a color in the palette, the selected color in the colorset will be replaced with the selected color from the palette, and the cursor will be updated (it will advance to the next color in the color set).

In short it means you can simply pick up the colors for the color set by clicking on the palette. When you insert a new color in the color set using the button, it will shift the colors after the cursor to the right. The delete button in turn shifts the colors to the left.
