To change a tool in the toolbar, select Tool sets/Customize from the menu:

Just select any tool in the tool bar (or an empty button), then select the command you want to place on that button.

Keep in mind that there are 4 toolsets, and you are now editing one of them. You can even add a button to switch to the next tool.

Suppose you want to setup two toolbars: one of them for file operations and the other for the drawing tools. You can add the command Tool sets/2 to the first toolbar and Tool sets/1 to the second one. This way you can toggle between the toolbars with just one click.
